[solved] Deluge crashed, won't start?

this is strange. the computer just crashed, so i shut it off/on and tried to start deluge again. this is what i got. removing/reinstalling deluge, boost and libtorrent make no difference.

[sa@psd ~]$ deluge

Starting new Deluge session...
deluge_core; using libtorrent 0.13.0.0. Compiled with NDEBUG.
Applying preferences
terminate called after throwing an instance of 'boost::bad_lexical_cast'
what(): bad lexical cast: source type value could not be interpreted as target
Aborted

Have you tried to remove the ~/.config/deluge folder?

Removing ~/.config/deluge/persistent.state is usually enough. This happened to me way too much though and it got annoying, so I switched to transmission. Loving it. smile
