kernel update + nvidia

After a kernel update, do I have to reinstall the nvidia driver ?

Its my expirence that it change from  version to version.. And anyway its pretty easy to install the nvidia driver   big_smile

pacman -S nvidia should do it
it's mentioned while installing:
---
GCC UPDATE:

==> You must compile the module with the compiler that was used for the kernel
    else it may fail


IMPORTANT KERNEL UPDATE !!!

==> If you update your kernel you have to recompile the module!
==> A simple 'pacman -S nvidia' should do it

nvidia-installer --uninstall

sh NVIDIA-kit.run
