Arch newbie not sure when to expect kde3.3

Probably soon eh? I've just migrated over from Gentoo (Got tired of the compile times and I was having some serious font issues) and I was wondering how long it will be until we have a kde3.3 package? I know arch is fairly bleeding edge, but obviously not as much as gentoo. This might be reason enough for me to head back .. ugh.. but I doubt it big_smile.

I haven't been around long enough to experience how long it takes for a main package like this to come out..

The packages have been built and tested.  They will be released tomorrow when cmf has the time.

Cool, well that's certainly quick enough for me. If I were still using gentoo I'd be compiling past tomorrow haha..

Thanks for the quick reply!

ps. I know where you live.

You mean, apart from in Victoria?  More specific than that?

If by off shelbourne, you mean you can get to my house from shelbourne, then yes.

It would be really funny if we all lived next to each other but never even said hi as we went inside to converse in these forums.  True pathetic geeks.

kde 3.3.0 is great by the way, thank you cmf.

It's doubtful, I live in Saanichton.

You've also seen pictures of my butt and my foot... you should be able to recognize me by now.
