flack - tag your FLAC collection without a GUI

Lots of FLAC files + not wanting a GUI + lots of spare time = flack

Was originally just for me, but thought I might aswell share it with the community so I brushed it up a little and here is the final result. Please don't hesitate to tell me about bugs, but feature requests probably won't get very far. I'm kinda bored of coding now
