Miro doesn't display thumbnails

Hi everyone,

I use Miro to download my video podcasts, and I think there is a bug with the display of thumbnails. Miro downloads thumbnails correctly, as I can found them in .miro/icon-cache but it's displaying a white image on every possible location for a thumbnail. I checked the output from the terminal but didn't find any error ... So I searched on the web and found the bug report on their bugzilla :

Apparently, it should be fixed in 1.2.4 which is the version I have ...
Does anyone have the same problem ? Should I contact the package maintainer or post a comment directly on their bug tracker ?
