Installing kdelibs 4 to a system running KDE 3.5.x

I want to make a package with kdelibs 4 for a system running KDE 3.5.x in order application that depends on KDE 4 can be used in such a system. The opposite of the current situation with the packet kdelibs3. Is it possible? What variables of the system should be changed?

Does anyone else need it?
