KDE4, Virtualbox missing library

hi guys ,
virtualbox depends on one missing package (library). when i try to start it from console it gives me following error message

[arch0r@thor ~]$ VirtualBox
/opt/virtualbox/VirtualBox: error while loading shared libraries: libqt-mt.so.3: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

any ideas? couldn't figured it out yet. i'm using kdemod4 (i think it's caused because of  this qtmod/qt issue!?)
