http://img388.imageshack.us/img388/7192/msypa6.th.pngIt's xmonad with dzen running for the statusbars. All the configs where nabbed from lots of random places with a few changes here and there mainly for colour changes. The wallpaper is one of ethers (http://ether.deviantart.com/) from one of her packs, forgotten which.
Can you share your config (xmonad and dzen)?
sure i just put it up on here if want it -> http://dotfiles.org/~chimpyw/

No! Fight the future! It thinks it's soooo clever, with its jetpacks and space travel and teleports... we'll see how those smartass space marines stand up to pointy sticks and battleaxes. Oh yes.

Hey there, that's a pretty nice Xmonad setup. Would you mind putting up your xmonad.hs somewhere? How many dzen instances are you running? I'm guessing three.

Openbox, conky, fb-panel and trayer.
I've only been using openbox for 2 days so I still have to configure some things.. but I like it.
This time I modified conky a bit so it can display a progress bar for banshee. I can upload scripts if anyone wants them.

Gnome + Openbox. Not so bad and adding Gnome doesnt demand that much more resources.
So fresh and so clean:

Using most of LXDE, pekwm, and bmpanel. I'll probably switch to openbox at some point though - pekwm is beautiful but it is also buggy as hell.
GTK/pekwm/bmpanel theme: Case
Icons: Crashbit
Fonts: Dejavu Sans Book 7 (GTK/pekwm/bmpanel), Dejavu Sans Mono Book 8 (terminal)
Wallpaper: "Block 23" from pixelgirlpresents.com

yeah you're right there's 3. 1 for status along the bottom, 1 for the mpd status and 1 for xmonad's dynamic log. even with 3 running + the 2 conky instances piping to them it is pretty good on resources surprisingly.
The configs are here -> http://dotfiles.org/~chimpyw/
updated the vimrc to match better, only just realised i should use ctermfg/bg to colour the terminal

The Wallpaper can be found here :
More examples are at deviant art, under the name vaoni. Great pics imho.
As for the conkyrc, here it is. I modified it a bit from the picture, it still has a progress bar, but not the same font, as it was giving me troubles.
http://dotfiles.org/~Lord_Illidan/
There's also bansheeprogress.sh in there, you'll need it if you want the progress bar. And download qalculate-gtk or qalculate-kde, as this uses qalc to generate the percentage. I couldn't find any other tool that I could use to work with floatingpoint numbers, if you know anything lighter, please tell me.

Since all the cool kids are using it I figured I was going to give Awesome a try, this is how far I've gotten with my configuring of Awesome 3 in a couple of hours:
So far I am liking it quite well.
I haven't lost my mind; I have a tape back-up somewhere.

It is indeed. I've modified the theme "mosdef", converting all the line drawing characters to unicode. http://dotfiles.org/~babypuncher/mosdef2.theme
