Twinkle doesn't work anymore ...

Today was full of unexpected and unpleasant arch "surprises" ... Now twinkle won't work anymore . when I'm trying to open it, I'm getting a "cannot create '/home/tbuta*.twinkle*twinkle.lck'." message. It seems like the path is now wrong.
