It looks like it's a problem with mailman/listinfo, since http://archlinux.org/pipermail/arch-dev-public/ works fine. But http://www.archlinux.org/mailman/listinfo/ and http://archlinux.org/mailman/listinfo/arch-dev-public do not.

I know the issue, it's a tad annoying. We switched to postfix, and postfix is rewriting permissions to mailman:mailman when they should be nobody:mailman so the webserver can read/write some of these files.
If anyone has super admin knowledge of this stuff, let me know. I keep fixing the permissions, but it breaks again
