Warning Message at Startup: Module snd-page&alloc does not exist

It says(alike):

Module snd-page does not exist
Module alloc does not exist

It seems like they are two modules for sound card, does it?
But my sound works well. What are these modules for? Can I simplely remove them? Or what should I do?

Maybe it should be snd-page-alloc, this one exists...
The module is probably loaded as a dependency, so you could delete it or force it to load by correcting that error.
