Notification bubble doesn't show up.

Hi, I'm currently using GNOME 2.22 and somehow none of the notification bubbles appear in the tray (Both Rhythmbox and Transmission). I've tried that on Openbox / Avant Window Navigator and it worked, but not on GNOME. What could be the problem? Thanks.
