Sound freezes after a while.

My sound Freezes a couple of minutes after I turn my computer on.

I think I have found the problem. In my /var/log/kernel.log this is written to the file when it happens:

I understand that it is a IRQ collision problem, and IRQPOLL does fix the problem (but as we know, renders the computer useless after a while), but I have yet to find a fix for this on the internet. I have searched for days and weeks without finding a solution. Any help would be much appreciated as this totaly screws my experience with Arch. I love the system, but no sound is no good.

Also, I am wondering if disabling usb support will at least let me use sound with out any trouble.

Again, my gratitude would be endless if someone can tell me more about the problem. Is it a known one?

Regards Eirik
