Canon Pixma MP145, how to get working drivers

Hello,

I found drivers from Canon to used by Linux. unfortunately are in RPM or DEB, what will make these driver suite in the Arch linux.
I couldn't see anything, yet, available for our distro.
The files can be found at Canon-Asia site. To use it on our Arch we should download the RPM version, use rpmextract and copy the files over the related directories
