installation with an usb stick

Hi folks,

I've a problem to install Arch on my IBM Thinkpad X31. The X31 has no drive inside (expect the hdd of course) and I have no external one. But i've a bootable USB Stick with 64mb.
But the problem is that I don't really know what to do to get the install files of Arch to work from the USB Stick. The X31 can boot from usb.
Perhaps somebody can tell me what to do to get this stuff working, because I don't want to use another distro!

thanks
lotho

Re: installation with an usb stick

Maybe try grabbing the install floppies and extracting them onto the usb, or just grab everything but the packages (which comprise ~97% of the space on the CD) from the CD, and put it on the stick, then do FTP install.

The suggestion box only accepts patches.
