[solved] pacman -Scc does not cleanup whole cache dir

since version 3.2.0 running "pacman -Scc" is the same as running "pacman -Sc". no total cleanup of /var/cache/pacman/pkg. have i missed smth - perhaps a new option in pacman.conf -  or is it a bug?

it should still be working in pacman 3.2.0 (as a matter of fact it is still working for me). It may be a bug if it is not working for you anymore.
