[probably solved by the latest update to catalyst 8.7]fglrx broke, too

I have problems with the blob from ATI/AMD after the recent update.

At a first look (dmesg) the fglrx module cries like this:

[fglrx] Reserved FB block: Shared offset:0, size:1000000
[fglrx] Reserved FB block: Unshared offset:7fbb000, size:40000
[fglrx] Reserved FB block: Unshared offset:7ffb000, size:5000
[fglrx:__create_mapping] *ERROR* Could not find the group private data
[fglrx:__mc_heap_map_virtual_space] *ERROR* Failed to map the virtual space
[fglrx:mc_heap_map_virtual_space] *ERROR* Can not get virtual address
[fglrx:MCIL_GetVirtualAddressInDescriptor] *ERROR* Can not get the virtual address

I forgot to mention that I own an ATI Mobility X2300, now powered by the radeon driver. At least to use only open-source drivers, if I only have 2D with the proprietary ones.
