I just grabbed the ISO off of nethat and wiped my old arch distro to install from scratch...
I had the same Grub failed to install the first time but worked perfectly the second time issue I had with the .6 base CD...
But other than that slight snag everything is working like a charm.
I pacman'd up xorg and kde and openoffice and mozilla...
I don't know if its the new KDE3.3 is faster, but seat of the pants feel is SOOO much more faster than the install i was using about 45 minutes ago....
Mozilla is opening much faster and the desktop environment is much more responsive as well
System specs, Barton3000 on NF2 mobo with 512mb pc2700....
Thanks arch devs! Can't wait to see what else is up ya'lls sleeve!
