[new]: extra/metatheme

MetaTheme is 0.0.3 and finally "useable"! *juppie*

it is a genial thing:
a thin layer providing a gtk2 and a qt theme at the same time - it makes your gtk2 and qt apps look the same (similar to gtk-qt-engine)

i included it to extra

to configure it, run mt-config

Sounds interesting. Perhaps i'll try it later. Would be nice to have GTK-apps which fit better to my KDE 3.3 .
I always wanted to know how GIMP looks with Plastik-Theme .

not really special:

(the window decorations are from xfce4 - but gimp is running metatheme using plastik)

by the way: i forgot to mention: if mt-config do not work, you must run first (once) metatheme-install

Hmm well... GIMP now has Plastik look, BUT .... some parts of KDE now have keramik Theme (some still plastik) and KDE gets really slow.
So i'm sorry but metatheme for now isn't usefull for me -> /dev/null.

I used MetaTheme to change the GTK2 theme to plastik.
Then, I switched back the theme in KDE to the original Plastik. After upgrading to KDE 3.3.3, it really feels good (fast & clean etc.) + a MacOS touch (highlighting the border of the edit box).
