makepkg --source

makepkg makes a broken tarbol: PKGBUILD and soft links instead of files.

If you update AUR with broken package you could't update package. AUR reports 'Could not create directory /home/aur/unsupported/<pkgname>'.

Also if you're trying to make a tarball for the AUR, "aurball" does it. It's in aur/pkgtools.
