ata/0 high cpu usage

When I hashing files in linuxdcpp or checking files in azureus (which sometimes show error Disk I/O failed), I'm getting verry high cpu Ussage. When I checked with 'top', it's showing ata/0 high cpu usage.

Where's the problem? I'm not getted this message in ubuntu or somewhere else.
