During startup the netfs daemon fails with the error: "mount: System error. No route to host"
When I log in and start netfs manually everything is ok.
The problem appears to be that the network doesn't fully function until some time afterward. The time from
"network start" (module loading) until full operation may be longer.
DAEMONS=(syslog-ng hal network netfs crond cups sshd avahi-daemon tap0 kdm)
What can I do?
Can I put the netfs start in another script?

Move them further apart in the DAEMONS array to give the network time to start.

I changed DAEMONS to:
DAEMONS=(syslog-ng hal network crond !alsa !samba cups sshd avahi-daemon tap0 kdm netfs)
but fails the same way.

OK - customise netfs to include a network-up check.
