No Youtube Sound After Few Minutes

After I am on the computer for a few minutes and I do not use any sound (like play no music, watch any videos, etc) then the sound wont work again unless go off my desktop environment and get back on.

I use alsa for all my sounds. The only informaton I have to provide is:

Most of what I learned about Alsa is from the wiki and the Beginner Guide.

There are errors about something called 'slave' also, but I am not what the message is exactly. It only appears when I get of my desktop environment.

I will like to point out that the sound does work, but then if it is inactive for awhile (or at least I assume it is because it is inactive since it works when I am playing for a few hours) then it wont work unless I get off and on my desktop environment and back on, which is annoying. :\

Oh, this only happens with my Firefox also (Gran Paradiso) and as far as I know with Youtube. I can still hear sound from iTunes (I use iTunes with wine).
