Firefox autostarts after each boot

Hi, after each boot, firefox starts by itself, and I don't know how to turn that off.. I use gnome, and I think (not 100% sure) it started happening after I did the last system update...

here: http://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=36666 they 'solved' it but I don't know how... they said to start with an empty session.. how do I do that?

any help would be apriciated.
thanks

Re: Firefox autostarts after each boot

In your gnome panel go to System -> Preferences -> More Preferences -> Sessions

The information you seek should be in there.

(BTW I found this in Red Hat 5, so it may not be in exactly the same place. Just look for Sessions.)

Re: Firefox autostarts after each boot

that's what I thought... there is just one little problem ^^
firefox is not there in the list big_smile

but i opened the 'session options' tab and clicked remember currently running applications... so now firefox does not start at every boot, but instead i get some network warnings at the shutdown ... big_smile great
