Compiz-Fusion Border Question

I've been playing with the Compiz-Fusion standalone, and I do like it, but the one problem I have is that I can't get the windows to look as I want them to. Basically, I want a 2 pixel solid black border on all four sides of windows with no title bar what so ever. I've been able to modify some of the included themes to get the border the way I want it but I just can't seem to lose the title bar. Does anyone have a suggestion on how to complish this?

By the way, I am also trying to find out if windows can be iconified to the desktop as little thumbnails. Right now, when I minimize a window, it totally disappears.

I think rox-desktop includes this feature.
