Locale settings

My locale settings were wrong and a search brought me to this thread

http://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=53080

which helped me to clear things up.

However, I am still a bit confused. I now have:

bash-3.2# locale -a
C
POSIX
bokmal
bokmål
nb_NO
nb_NO.iso88591
nb_NO.utf8
no_NO
no_NO.ISO-8859-1
norwegian
***

A) Is nb_NO a full substitute for no_NO, or:  is one or the other redundant?

B) My Arch i686 box says "bokmal bokmål", whereas on my 86_64 box I get "bokmal bokm?l". It looks to me like a bug in the Arch 64bit version.

C) Will the Norwegian locale settings take care of all software needs under Arch?
