I'd like to use wondershaper to always maintain a low latency on my internet connect, but my isp throttles my connection to a certain speed when i get to download/upload a certain amount each day, thus making the settings in wondershaper useless.
Is there any way or program that can dynamically monitor my bandwidth so even if its halved suddenly its still constantly keeping the low latency?
like what Upload Speed Sense in eMule does.
