LGP1 laptop with Archlinux

I installed Archlinux on my LGP1 laptop and it went smoothly. I used JFS for my "/" and "/home" partitions. Then I installed Lxde it's fast but I think it lacks some laptop support or my laptop is too old . My speakers didn't work well with OSS but works flawlessly with ALSA. My volume up/down and mute don't work. The only function key that works are the brightness keys. ATI's proprietary and free drives work well. The network manager that I use is gnome-network-manager. I didn't try to make my fingerprint reader work because the drive is no that good yet.
