If I start openoffice.org from thunar (I mean double click on document) it does nothing, but if i type soffice -writer in termina it perfectly runs. I checked the .desktop file in /usr/share/applications, Exec command is OK, I dont understand what is the problem.
Also if I type the same (soffice -writer) in xfrun4, it does nothing too.. It's not big thing but annoying....

I'm not a user of tunar but if a particular type of file does not open it usually is due to the fact that there is no association between the particular file type (.doc, .txt) and an application (In this case soffice).
Most file managers will provide a way to create the association so check your tunar for such capatility.

Right click on file and click on "open with other application" then you can set the default app for that file type
