f-prot finds possible virus in kernel build directory

I ran f-prot today and got the following:

[Found possible virus] <Heuristic-90 (not disinfectable)>       /var/abs/core/kernel26/src/linux-2.6.26/arch/x86/boot/setup.elf

Should I be worried?  False positive?

Looking like a false positive as clamav and a Windows-based antivirus scanner didn't find anything wrong.  Sorry for the noise.
