Nvidia GeForce 200 series (gtx 260/280) support?

G`Day, are the nvidia drivers going to be updated to include support for these cards ?

Version: 177.13 has support, or is that the bad driver that has 2d performance regression on some cards ?

looking forward to try it out on arch

I can vouch for support, though I have a 9800GT at present.  I'd really recommend the latest beta driver (177.68 - it's in AUR), though, if you want to use fancy things like compositing.

the newest 177.70 drivers seem to work well with my two GTX280 cards. It even supports SLI on skulltrial.

Thanks for the replies, will try 177.70 from aur, just hope I dont`t get this error when I installed the driver via the *.run package

WARNING: Unable to perform the runtime configuration check for library
         'libGL.so.1' ('/usr/lib/libGL.so.177.13'); assuming successful installation.

Could not play 32bit games a result in spite of having installed the 32bit libs.
