Problem with XDM(falls back to itself after trying to login)

Hi guys.
I'm trying to build a minimal system with X ontop but I have problems with XDM
When I'm trying to login - it does not start awesome3 WM but falls back to XDM again.

/var/log/xdm.log file looks like this
(It had another error, saying that 08 is incorrect octal number used in Xresources, so I changed the date in header of that file to have 07 instead 08. But I don't think it's somehow relevant).
