I've followed this http://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Internet_Share to try to get internet on a second computer, but still only the first computer has access. I know it's not a hardware fault since sharing internet works on windows. Any ideas what could be the problem?

Which of the two methods are you attempting to use? Do you have a router (or switch)?

I don't have a switch, so I'm trying to use the second method.

I've used the second method a lot of times but only between Linux boxes. Which OS have you in each computer?
Can you ping PC1 from PC2 and vice-versa?
Can you ping the router that gives internet to PC1?
Can you ping google?
Check in /etc/rc.conf if you removed "!" from the entry gateway in the line ROUTES. It should be something like
gateway="default gw 192.168.0.1"
ROUTES=(gateway)
Also, can you get the output of "iptables -L -v -t nat" and "iptables -L -v" in the computer that has net?

See if this link helps at all:

I followed this after wanting to set up my desktop to share a net connection with my laptop.
Also, we NEED MORE INFORMATION. Post your topology, what OS each computer is running, etc. We aren't mind readers, you know.
