TV card (saa7146) not working anymore

Hi there,
A few days ago my WinTV Nexus-S tv card stopped working after I updated to kernel 2.6.26. I compiled kernel 2.6.25.11 manually, installed it and the card worked again.
But now I have a new PC, only HDD, soundcard and this tv card are still the same. Now I have the same problem all over again, but also with kernel 2.6.25.11! The module is loaded of course, and the device is also found by lspci:

It just does not appear as dvb-device in kaffeine.

Anyone an idea what could be the prob? Maybe a bug in the newest kernel? (But it does not work with older kernels too now...)
Has someone got a card that uses the same module which is working?
