Out of the blue, with epiphany, if I type the letter m it opens the extensions box as that is the shortcut for it. It never did this before and it prevents me from typing so I have to uninstall epiphany-extensions. What would cause this and how would I fix it?

I do not see such a shortcut in Epiphany manual :

Haha this happened to me once and drove me nuts... It was the M key too!
Click "Tools" hover your mouse pointer over "Extensions" and press Delete on your keyboard. You'll notice an M out beside it... This is a GTK feature. You can hold your mouse over a menu item and simply press the key combination that you would like to map to that function.
Cheers!
