Unsupported GPT Detected

Hi, I'm trying to install Arch again alongside with my Windows. I go to partition hard drive and select the only option shown, /dev/sda, but when I select it, it spits out

Warning!! Unsupported GPT Detected. Use GNU Parted.

Why is this? I remember being able to install Arch on this very same hard drive not too long ago just fine (though I just used auto partition at that time). Any way to fix this?
