shutdown -h now doesn't power off laptop _anymore_ !

He there,

I'm still on my way configuring Arch Linux and building a very nice system.

My problem ist that the command "sudo shutdown -h now" doesn't power off the laptop anymore.
It normaly closes X, displays all the shutdown messages and the last message is

"unmounting filesystems...
> POWER OFF"

after everything else have been unloaded. So a normal shutdown.

But the screen remains on!! The fan goes off and everything else, just the screen remains on!

When I press "ENTER", then the laptop powers off (screen gets black). But this sucks of course wink

I didn't have this problem in the beginning, I just don't know when it appeared and what caused it.

Here some infos about my daemons:

DAEMONS=(syslog-ng hal dhcdbd networkmanager cpufreq !network !laptop-mode !gpm !netfs acpi @alsa @crond @samba)

Do you need more info? Thank you smile
