It's a lot of work to do with just pacman. There are a ton of dependencies of which quite a few are not in community.

So what should I do to get it working with FireFox via Yaourt?

So what should I do to get it working with FireFox via Yaourt?
Just use yaourt to install flashplugin-mozilla. You'll probably need to use yaourt a few times, but it will complain when it needs something.
Offline
you could go to www.archux.com he was good tutorial on yaourt. He also tells how to get files from AUR where flashplugin 10 is located.
Note that everytime you -Syu (pacman yaourt) will complain, least it does for me I just say no and updates precede without problem.

yaourt seems to download the 32bit build, how do I get the 64bit build?
Offline
There is no 64 bit build. Adobe still hasn't released a 64-bit Flash, though it's supposedly in the works. Firefox can use 32-bit plugins using nspluginwrapper. Opera supports 32-bit plugins already.

Sorry, I forgot to mention nspluginwrapper before: http://aur.archlinux.org/packages.php?ID=19040

There must be an easier way...

ln -s /opt/lib32/usr/lib/libcurl.so.4 usr/lib/libcurl.so.3
Surely there is a better way to do this!

Looks like there's a new version of the openssl package in the i686 core repo now. The following changes to the PKGBUILD should get it up to date:
pkgrel32=4
md5sums=('70c172f310aae2543f197b3c5da40cf7')
This worked for me...hope it'll help someone else out there!
