Arch won't re-boot

I am now running 32-bit Arch on several machines.  The one in my office is a Dell Precision 690.

On this machine, Arch will not shutdown when using "reboot".  It simply hangs after a few seconds---displaying the message:  "restarting".

I've never seen this with Arch on any other box, nor have I seen it on this box with other distros.

Any clues?

Re: Arch won't re-boot

ACPI seems to be running fine.  How would that relate to the issue?
