VirtualBox problems (SOLVED)

Hi All,
I've installed Virtualbox-ose which works fine as root,
but when i try
gpasswd -a me vboxusrs (as root)
it comes up saying permission denied,

any ideas?

the group is vboxusers

From this I think we can safely assume that it's because the group vboxusers doesn't exist anywhere?

hi,
i kinda worked that out i'm not sure why it's not there i have reinstalled Vbox 2-3 times trying to work this out,

any ideas Why does it not exist and how to fix it?

did you installed virtualbox-ose from community or manualy?
if you have installed manualy then create the group: groupadd -g 108 vboxusers and then add your username to that group

i'm a memeber of the group and i've restarted to make sure the changes worked, and still nothing
