ftp.archlinux.de mirror only 2KB/s ?

For the last 2 or 3 days I'm experiencing very slow download from ftp.archlinux.de mirror (download to Poland). I like this mirror but it's now working only 2KB/s - too slow to update larger packages really.

Anybody knows what is going on ?
Is this only me or more people experience slow download with this mirror? (it begins download with 20-30 KB/s and slows down to 2KB/s very quickly. previously I could download 70-110 KB/s from this mirror...)
Is it permanent ?
Any download restrictions ?

It's not just you, I'm afraid, I also had to switch mirrors.

I am just updating from this mirror and it works fine with 80 KByte/sek

Maybe download from the outside of .de is limited now?

I just tried to download something to check if this was not a temporary issue.

Connection timeout can be because I'm using wireless connection (It happens from time to time). But as you can see it starts with 20-30 and goes down to a few KB/s.

try Chemnitz mirrror, very fast one

If nothing changes soon I will use it. I was using it actually before archlinux.de :-)

I was using archlinux.de and I had high (even 300-400 kB/s) transfer. Now I'm using archlinux.org - the updates are first here

one thing with the tu-chemnitz mirror is that they update only once a day, so you have to wait 1 day till you get the brand new stuff.

I usually wait a week to upgrade anyway, just to let the kids solve the bugs first.
