Limit to number of services backgrounded in /etc/rc.conf.?

Hi there.

I have been adding all sorts of services like httpd, ddclent, sshd, bluetooth to DAEMONS section in /etc/rc.conf.To reduce boot-up time I just background all these services.I have a good 10-12 services backgrounded now.Just wanted to know if there's any limit to number of services I can background, due to hardware or kernel limitations.?

Thanks.!

The only restriction I know of is that you are required to background less than infinity daemons.  Any more than that and you will run into trouble...
