I know a lot of us (especially on #archlinux) use pastebin. I was on #python this morning and found a cool service called lodgeit. It's basically like pastebin, but has a lot of cool features;
* reply to pastes
* diffs of different pastes
* support for many python template languages
* support for many scripting languages like Python and Ruby, even with weird syntax (ruby *cough*)
* XMLRPC support
* command-line client script
* vim integration
* emacs integration
* persistent pastes
* reply notification
* valid HTML 4.0

(I am in no way affiliated with this service, just thought it looked like a better version of pastebin.)

I like the interface except...It still doesn't beat dpaste.com for me:
1. I want paste.url.com/59684 (or url.com/45937), i don't want to have to remember if a site uses view or show or whatever.
2. Raw/Plain support is a must.
Sadly, dpaste also loses a bit since it doesn't have syntax hilighting support for C, C++ or Perl (or a bunch of others, but those are the ones i use most often that it doesn't have, sadly).
