package maintainer gone awol?

I sought out the package fsaa1655g a while back. As can be seen from the comments, it was quite messy getting it to work and a number of issues needed addressing. Since the maintinaer didn't reply, I wrote him a quick email. Since the email has bounced back due to te domain no longer be available, and quite a number of the maintainer's packages are flagged, I figure that he is no longer 'with us'.

So my question is, is there some way to wrench the maintainership of the package in quetion from his cold dead hands without him orphaning it first? I'm going to have to maintain it privately anyway, since without it, I have no internet - might as well do it to benefit others.

Re: package maintainer gone awol?

Just send an email to the aur-general mailing list: http://archlinux.org/mailman/listinfo/aur-general
One of the TUs can orphan the package, and you can adopt it.
