Here's an issue I've come across. When I connect my Archlinux machine directly to my Netgear ADSL Modem/Router/DHCP Server I have no issues connecting to the internet. However, when I try to connect from another room via one of these I cannot get an IP address from the Netgear box. I find this strange as Ubuntu and Fedora can both connect through the device but, for some reason, Archlinux borks. Can anyone tell me why this is happening and how to fix it?
