xinetd, amanda, and net-toos

these are new in incoming. Net-tools have additional tools like mii-diag, wake on lan, ....
amanda is a backup package
and xinetd a replacement for inetd

actually xinetd will actually be replacing inetd in arch we were just waiting or some reason so i am kind of leary about it being in incoming. i have had a package sitting and waiting locally for quite some time

hey for your amanda package, I'm not sure, but your post-install might be doing a bit too much work. It's awesome that it sets up so much if you know you're keeping the package, etc... but maybe it should just print out the main steps to setting up the package, rather than actually modifying the system by adding new user groups and modifying /etc/services. That way the user will add it themselves and be aware of the changes to their system  (changes that won't be removed by removing the package).
