Gnash-GTK not working... (pic included)

I installed Gnash but it is only giving me grey boxes for flash content on Firefox 3...

Does anyone have any ideas? Do I have to activate gnash or something?

Do you have Gstreamer-ffmpeg plugin installed?!

I didn't but after installing it, it didn't seem to make a difference. Does anyone else have any ideas?

64 bit. I used to use gnash-gtk with firefox 2 on kde 3 - all 64 bit. Then I switched to using nspluginwrapper with the 32-bit adobe flash plugin. I would like to switch back to 64-bit gnash-gtk + firefox + kde now that I am on Firefox 3 and KDE 4 but it doesn't seem to work the way it used to... The add-ons box in Firefox even shows "Shockwave Flash 9.0 r999. Gnash 0.8.3, the GNU Flash Player" but still nothing flash-related is showing up. Has anyone had problems with gnash-gtk on firefox 3 in arch64?

Have you uninstalled the Adobe flashplugin?

Actually I have completely reformatted since I had the Adobe Flash plugin installed. The only thing I've got installed for Flash right now is Gnash-gtk... Any other ideas?

Start FF from a terminal and see what gnash bitches about. On my machine, gnash won't work because I'm running FFmpeg from subversion. Even if I wasn't, FFmpeg wouldn't start because I'm running x264 from git. Etc.

I found your exact error on a now defunct pasterbin page. That got me thinking that it may be an Arch specific problem. It is. Rebuild both gnash-common and gnash-gtk from ABS. I'm not sure which is causing the problem. That hopefully will fix it.
