Fakeroot problems

When I'm in fakeroot, I can create/modify files, but I cannot remove them.  Any ideas why?  I tried with different users and the problem is still there...

Re: Fakeroot problems

fakeroot has very limited capacities and it is only mimicking root so likely important filesystem modifications such as installing or removing will no be offered. you may want to look at sudo for rm'ing things.

Re: Fakeroot problems

I mean, when I'm building packages in fakeroot, can't remove any files, so I can't build the package!  I don't really go in fakeroot for anythign else
