ZTE MF636 USB modem

Hi there

I have a Telstra Turbo 7 Series (ZTE MF636) usb dongle modem which I've been trying to get working.

I used to have the ZTE MF332 PCMCIA card which worked great by using the usbserial module:

modprobe usbserial vendor=0x19d2 product=0x0001

The old device attached itself to ttyUSB0, ttyUSB1, and ttyUSB2. I thought this would be the same except I changed the product code to match that shown in lsusb, however in /var/log/messages the new device only attaches to ttyUSB0. When I try to issue the AT command with wvdial on ttyUSB0, the modem does not respond.

Any ideas anyone?

Thanks
