About latest gnome-panel
During the installation I getting the following error:
upgrading gnome-panel... done.
WARNING: Failed to parse default value `২৪' for schema (/schemas/apps/clock_applet/prefs/hour_format)
WARNING: Failed to parse default value `Û²Û´' for schema (/schemas/apps/clock_applet/prefs/hour_format)Not that I using Gnome (kde rocks! 
) but it the first time I've seen such an error
apt-get install arch

i know about this error.
but i won't fix it.
i am going to rewrite all PKGBUILD's for the next release canidate of gnome2.4
At the moment i do not have much time on my hands because of work.
